Job Summary:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various teams to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records

  • Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions
  • Identify and resolve errors in multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitor and track records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex issues, providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate and efficient data entry

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record-keeping, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance

  • Strong understanding of data analysis and record-keeping principles
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
