Job Summary

As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new products and features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing landscape of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of conversational AI and live chat support solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new products and features
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

* 4-year degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs

  • Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Certification in product management or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
