Responsibilities

As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously, via live chat, email, or phone
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Utilizing phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions and build strong relationships
  • Processing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records, with a focus on security and compliance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
