Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating internal databases, dashboards, and layout libraries to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Designing, implementing, and disseminating standardized metrics and data visualizations to drive business decisions and customer engagement
- Performing exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and data integration to identify trends and insights
- Mining data to gather insights that drive business decisions and operational improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Providing scientific support (code documentation, data changes, calculations, etc.) to innovation teams working on data-driven projects and proposals
- Developing and maintaining custom dashboard arrangements to meet business needs
- Offering effective visual presentations of data-driven insights and brief summaries of business processes tailored to diverse audiences
We're Looking for Someone with:
* Moderate experience in store network analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Collaborative approach to delivering powerful visual presentations of data-driven insights and brief summaries of business processes tailored to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data on multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional projects and activities
- Business-relevant experience with various Displaying and AI Strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, estimation, anomaly detection, association rules, etc.)
- Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL
- Openness and business-relevant experience with various data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig)
- Openness and business-appropriate experience with various data languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata)
- Strong data handling skills, including data mining, data warehousing, and data visualization
- Experience in retail, customer loyalty, e-commerce, or store network insight is a plus
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Sociology, or a related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data on multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional projects and activities
- Business-relevant experience with various Displaying and AI Strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, estimation, anomaly detection, association rules, etc.)
- Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL
