Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $35.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle phone, web, and written correspondence inquiries and issues from clients, suppliers, and other divisions
- Respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Guide clients through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as provide information on available resources and administrative rules
- Build a trusting and caring relationship with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide clients with relevant information to answer unasked questions, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
- Explain clients' freedoms and limitations as per contract
- Maintain accurate records and track contacts with clients, suppliers, and plan supporters
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize and show compassion in a customer-facing role
- Experience in a production environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
