Job Summary

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling high-volume calls with ease and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

* Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone

  • Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations, with a reliable computer, working camera, and internet connection
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software, including arenaflex's proprietary systems
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Multi-language capability not required, but a plus for those with proficiency in multiple languages
