What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers, resolving their travel-related concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with reservations, cancellations, and changes to their travel plans
  • Coordinating with various departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or banking experience

  • Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Ability to work extended hours in support of business needs
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data
