Position Overview

As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer service team, providing support and sales assistance to customers through live chat services. You'll work with a variety of eCommerce businesses, including online clothing stores and sunglasses retailers, helping customers find what they're looking for and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance through live chat services

  • Assist customers who are actively seeking to make a purchase, eliminating the need for cold-calling or high-pressure tactics
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Average response time: 30 seconds or less

  • First contact resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
  • Sales conversion rate: 20% or higher
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills and Background

No prior paid live chat experience is required, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. As a beginner, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team, developing the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Location

This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere. While we welcome candidates from across the globe, we have a preference for those based in the United States.
