Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidates.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
