Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist on our night shift team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Collaborating closely with the Tier 2 and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Analyzing and escalating complex cases to ensure fast and effective resolutions.
  • Maintaining and improving key support metrics (CSAT, FRT, ART, RT, etc.).
  • Continuously developing product knowledge and staying up to date with new features.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on technical support.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience in testing being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for building positive customer relationships.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
