Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of data-driven professionals. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various product and business streams to improve customer experiences and drive conversions.
- Advance the scientific capabilities of the business by collaborating on the design of analytical solutions and delivering exceptional data insights and products.
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, correlation, and more) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
- 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately driving business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and more)
- Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
- Ability to identify and effectively escalate issues to management
- Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Humor and creativity
- Unique interests or areas of passion that influence the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges
