Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Management: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Data Entry Software: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on ensuring data integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following education and experience:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
