Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them navigate their healthcare plans and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues related to their healthcare plans

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or customer service environments

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
