Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing scheduled customer outreach and sales presentations. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in creating engaging presentations aimed at gaining new customers and increasing profit margins
  • Tracking and maintaining up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales, orders, and upgrades
  • Following all compliance standards to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
  • Participating in various training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead

  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results
  • The ability to commute to our office based in Long Beach, CA (must be able to work full-time hours including weekends)

If you have experience in a customer service, hospitality, or retail-based environment, you will be well-suited for this role. Additionally, if you have:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits and perks, including:
