What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information
  • Accurately transcribing patient profiles over the telephone and performing data entry
  • Processing patient orders through the online pharmacy system
  • Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders for patients
  • Troubleshooting problems based on patient input regarding order issues

What We Require (Essential Qualifications)

  • Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
