Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transaction Processing Associate I to join our dynamic team in a remote position. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately processing mail through our database machines, verifying and correcting data, and collaborating with team members to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and process incoming claims through our database machines

  • Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Manage claim records, ensuring they are updated and organized
  • Collaborate with team members via email and internal messaging systems to resolve any issues that may appear during the day
  • Meet daily and weekly processing goals
  • Be self-motivated and have an interest in growing within our company

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, data management systems)
  • Strong written communication skills for internal correspondence
  • Live within 30-35 miles from the Lexington Site

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management systems

As a Transaction Processing Associate I, you'll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Pay rate: $15.00 per hour during training and after will convert to Pay Per Performance
