As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our National Campaigns Unit, providing critical support to our clients and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Shareholder Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to shareholder inquiries, and providing accurate information to support our clients' business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, leveraging your skills and experience to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to shareholder inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to support our clients' business objectives

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs, ensuring that all interactions are tailored to their specific requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize our proprietary systems and tools to manage shareholder communications, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 6+ months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent speaking voice and communication skills
  • Ability to read and correct grammar and English language skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in shareholder communications, investor relations, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Equipment Requirements:

* Windows 10 or 11 operating system

  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (optional but beneficial)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on and participate in chat when asked to complete a task
  • Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload

Pay and Benefits:

* Pay range: $20.00 - $20.00/hr

  • Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment
