Key Responsibilities

As a Work-From-Home Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Utilizing advanced technology and systems to manage customer accounts and resolve issues

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute with high accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity

Work Environment

As a Work-From-Home Customer Experience Representative, you will be working in a professional home office environment with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment. You will be required to maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace, with minimal interruptions.

Physical Requirements

This role requires minimal physical activity, with the ability to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
