Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing information for data entry, including reviewing and confirming data before entry
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including training new employees on computer systems
  • Performing high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and deleting data entry mistakes
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Establishing data entry processes for every client, including reviewing and confirming data before entry
  • Performing daily audits and data entry adjustments to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
