Human Resource Consultant - Executive
Overview: We are looking for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Executive for our client on a part-time project basis. This contract role is fully remote over a 2-month period of service. Responsibilities:
- Lead executive-level discussions on human resource matters to assess current state
- Engage with senior leadership to analyze HR processes and alignment to organizational goals
- Document human resource processes
- Assess opportunities and recommend enhancements to HR activities considering benchmarks and leading practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 25+ years of relevant human resources experience
- Professional services experience, with a global consultancy firm or niche consultancy in which you gained exposure to large scale projects
- SHRM-SCP certification required
- Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
