The Role

As an Online Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all customer service questions are answered promptly, with a great attitude, and for the facilitation and printing of online order picking tickets and returns management. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and OT opportunities, offering a unique chance to learn multiple aspects of the apparel business and grow your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the printing and distribution of online pick tickets multiple times daily
  • Assisting customers via phone and email ticketing system to make order changes, place orders, and resolve issues
  • Checking in and completing all online returns
  • Answering all inbound phone calls and routing to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Assisting the warehouse picking team with questions on tickets and orders
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Associate's degree or higher (relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute for degree)
  • A professional and polite attitude and demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service and with web-based customer service platforms (a plus)
  • Ability to learn and take constructive direction
  • General computer skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
