Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent to join our team in the home services industry. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound sales support calls, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound sales support calls to provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust with customer accounts
  • Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school Diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in the home services industry
  • Knowledge of sales support processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
