You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills to interact with clients remotely or via field visits when necessary, and the ability to manage your schedule and workflow independently. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of HVAC systems, a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and remote support technologies to resolve issues efficiently. As a remote employee, you will be provided with the necessary tools and resources to perform your job effectively from your home office. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while ensuring you remain an integral part of our technical support network. Responsibilities include: Performing on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients. Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC equipment. Providing technical support and guidance to customers, both remotely and on-site. Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability. Utilizing specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions. Adhering to all safety protocols and industry standards during service calls. Maintaining accurate and detailed service records through our digital system. Ordering and managing necessary parts and supplies for repairs. Collaborating with the engineering and support teams to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement. Traveling to customer locations as required for service calls, with potential for overnight stays on occasion. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical certification or Associate's degree in HVAC or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of various HVAC systems (e.g., boilers, chillers, air handlers, refrigeration). EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, III, and Universal). Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and hand tools. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Familiarity with building automation systems is a plus. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
