Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Medical Receptionist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient experiences and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others, utilizing the highest customer service and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with our team to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction, while also fostering an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others via phone, email, web portal, and other channels

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, utilizing the highest customer service and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and services
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Operate office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options
  • Build collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
  • Knowledge of processes within one or more of the following functions: Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
  • Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
  • Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Requires the ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Work independently, as well as be part of the team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions

Preferred Qualifications

* Medical and healthcare experience is preferred

  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, including clinical, administrative, or hospitality roles
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $19.67 to $26.56 per hour. Our team members also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
