Job Description
We're looking for customer service representatives who are passionate about sharing their opinions and experiences with our clients. As a member of our paid market research panel, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of studies, including:
- Focus groups: Join in-depth discussions with other participants to share your thoughts and opinions on various products and services.
- Clinical trials: Participate in studies to test new products and services and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
- Market research studies: Share your opinions and experiences through online surveys, interviews, and other research methods.
Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative on our paid market research panel, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
- Completing written and/or oral instructions and surveys
- Testing and reviewing new products and services
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on products and services
- Meeting designated discussion start times and being prepared to discuss products and services ahead of time
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- High-speed internet connection
- Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
- US residency
- No prior customer service representative experience is required
