Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage moderate to complex external client issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with various organizational units and teams to facilitate the delivery of services or resolution of issues. This is a temporary position, lasting up to 12 months, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing moderate to complex external client issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Advising other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
  • Meeting with organizational units/teams to ensure problems are being addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
  • Providing support to lower-level client processing roles
  • Allocating and checking the work of other team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a call center or financial services environment (highly preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
