Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Contact Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with shipping-related questions and services they require, providing stellar and polite customer service in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Validating shipment addresses and examining packages to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Utilizing UPS technology for processing packages and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ensuring sales transactions are handled swiftly and with a professional approach
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications and Experience

* No prior experience is necessary; training will be given

  • Strong prowess in interpersonal interactions and communication, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Fundamental computer skills essential for tracking packages and organizing records
  • Competence in multitasking and ensuring meticulous focus, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • The authorization to work in the United States must be in place
