We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our sales team by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within HubSpot CRM. Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately input and update customer and business data into HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity
- Verify, correct, and maintain database accuracy, identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting, streamlining our sales team's workflow
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure data accuracy and provide timely support
What We're Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of HubSpot CRM or willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for data integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with our sales team
