Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services, providing solutions that meet their unique needs. This is a part-time opportunity that requires a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 8 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment as per company guidelines
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)
