What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs
  • Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while interacting with customers
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to think critically and problem-solve
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
  • A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional customer experiences
