Key Responsibilities:

Performance Metrics:

Meet established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates. -

Feedback Contribution:

Provide insights and feedback on trends observed during customer interactions to assist in improving service processes and policies. -
