Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet our business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business strategy
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
- Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, or C++
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Salesforce or SharePoint
- Certified as a Salesforce administrator or engineer
- Experience training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues
- Experience planning and executing financial models to support complex business initiatives
- Experience communicating with senior leadership and external partners
