We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our arenaflex family, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, patient care, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional patient care and support, addressing their queries and concerns regarding medication usage, side effects, interactions, contraindications, and patient data security.

  • Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, medication audits, checks, and management, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of prescribed medications, adhering to state and government regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient information, medication lists, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues to provide seamless care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in pharmacy and healthcare.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
  • Proven experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription filling and management, records and compliance, and pharmacy software and technology systems.
  • Affirmed Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems.

  • Strong knowledge of state and government regulations, including controlled substance laws and regulations.

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software and technology systems, including electronic health records and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
