Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to Medicaid members and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish. As a Customer Service Advocate I, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to routine inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, concerns, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism. - Resolving issues during the initial contact to prevent escalation of complaints. - Delivering personalized solutions by understanding and assessing customer needs. - Collaborating with other departments for complex issue resolution. - Maintaining performance and quality metrics established by the contact center. - Documenting all communications in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Staying updated on internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. - Participating in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing training. - Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: - A High School Diploma or GED. - Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written). - Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask using multiple systems and programs. - Availability to work the full shift from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, prior experience in a call center or customer service environment, familiarity with Medicaid or healthcare customer service, and a friendly, supportive, and team-oriented attitude are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
