Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assisting customers with their queries and concerns
  • Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives
  • Scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed
  • Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives
  • Conducting outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up)
  • Adhering to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A quiet workplace, free from distractions
  • High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset
  • Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Previous customer service experience is required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and customer service principles
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
