Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring that customers receive prompt and helpful responses to their queries
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with website visitors in real-time, providing them with accurate and timely information
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Will Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your own hours and schedule. You will be responsible for logging in to the arenaflex website and responding to customer messages in real-time. Your shift will begin when you log in, and you will be paid daily for your work. This role offers a competitive compensation package and career growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
  • Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)

Skills and Background Needed

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
