Key Responsibilities

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with language learning platforms and internal training programs
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
