Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
- Work with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence
- Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive and flexible attitude
