Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of driving operational excellence and business growth. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and suitable modeling to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop assessment frameworks for the organization to invest in various continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business decisions by presenting insightful analysis and methodical attention to the end-to-end impact of systems, equipment, and ongoing support requirements
- Identify opportunities and drive automation in current support processes
- Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present findings to senior leadership on strategic decisions and deliberate future initiatives
- Facilitate business evaluations with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)
- Advanced understanding of Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and modeling
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
- Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon relevant data sources)
