Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our members' healthcare needs. You'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely information about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, as well as facilitating treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide accurate and timely information
  • Facilitate treatment solutions and provide necessary support to our members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
