Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for American Express, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns
• Resolving customer issues, including billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests, with a focus on empathy and effective communication
• Offering tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs, leveraging your knowledge of American Express products, services, and benefits

Qualifications
