Key Responsibilities

As a Co-Op student in our Airport Customer Service, Cargo, and Clean teams, you'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, collaborating with a team of airport operations professionals to:

  • Measure and analyze current performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement project management skills and practices to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Work across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting to deliver exceptional results
  • Provide process engineering and/or internal consulting services to drive innovation and growth
  • Participate in data collection efforts for projects that impact cross-functional departments
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and performance
  • Recommend ideas for new ways to provide optimal customer service and evaluate the impact of proposed operational changes

Rotations and Opportunities

Students joining our Co-Op Program will work in one of our three teams:

  • Airport Customer Service (ACS)
  • Cargo (CGO)
  • Global Clean

You'll have the opportunity to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations and developing valuable skills in project management, customer service, and operations.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Be an undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or a similar field in a 4-year degree program
  • Be available for three (3) alternating semesters
  • Be able to present yourself professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership
  • Be team-oriented and supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Possess strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States

  • Desire to learn more about the airline industry and interest in arenaflex as a company
