Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders: Make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
- Being a product and solutions expert: We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- Building business relationships: Build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
- Understanding customer needs: Recommend arenaflex's best solutions to meet customer needs.
- Helping customers navigate our website: Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish): Fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Compensation
We offer competitive compensation, including:
