Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, answering questions, and modeling and sharing customer service best practices with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding areas
  • Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or pharmacy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or pharmacy environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
