Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering process. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
