Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
