Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
• Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Interacting with customers daily, providing solutions to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a desire to advance in your career
• High school diploma or equivalent, with retail and customer service experience a plus

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
