Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work closely with our store teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, promote our products and services, and contribute to the overall success of our Gilbert, AZ location.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales goals, promote products and services, and drive customer engagement. - Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring our stores are visually appealing and inviting to customers. - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs. - Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and data, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management effectively. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
