Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This role combines accurate data entry with front-line customer support, ensuring that client information is handled with precision and care. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Resolve client issues by clarifying concerns, researching answers, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain and organize digital records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer service, working closely with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before input and make necessary corrections, ensuring that all information is accurate and reliable.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into internal systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience using these tools to manage customer data and interactions.
