Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing legendary service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently, ensuring a seamless customer experience. With various on-site shifts available, you'll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. - Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries. - Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. - Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
